- All prices quoted on this website are in New Zealand dollars and are valid at the time of publication but are subject to change without notice. Unless otherwise specified all orders will be charged at prices prevailing at the date of delivery of the Goods.
- Notwithstanding anything contained in the Terms and Conditions of purchase and any other form of contract with the customer if there is an error in the pricing published in any pricing schedule issued by Federal Merchants & Co Ltd when the customer orders a product/products Federal Merchants & Co Ltd shall not be liable to honour that pricing. If such error should occur then Federal Merchants & Co Ltd can issue an invoice for the correct pricing in which case the customer shall have the right to cancel the order or proceed with the order at the corrected price.
Federal Merchants & Co Ltd has the right to terminate your account at any time for any reason and to restrict your access.
It is your responsibility to maintain the confidentiality of your account, including your password, and for restricting access to your computer and protection of your details. You are also deemed to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password. You should take all necessary steps to ensure that your password is kept confidential and secure and should inform Federal Merchants & Co Ltd immediately if you have any reason to believe your password or access to your computer has become known to anyone else, or if the password is being, or is likely to be, used in an unauthorised manner.
