Overseen by the distillery's Malt Master, Brian Kinsman, the whisky is matured in ex-bourbon casks, before being treated to a finishing period in charred new American oak barrels all the way from The Kelvin Cooperage in Louisville, Kentucky. The result is a fabulously fruity number, with a good oaken vanilla Kentucky kick!
